Here we explain how you can buy a ticket for a film.
Both a ticket for a cinema visit and an online ticket.

  • Select a film from this link: https://www.dokfest-muenchen.de/Filme
  • Click on the film you would like to see.

If you want to buy a ticket to go to the cinema:

  • Click on the middle orange button "Ticket".
  • Select the date you want to go to the cinema.
  • Select which option applies to you: „Standardpreis“, „für Akkreditierte“ or „Festivalbesitzer*innen“.
  • Click on the button „In den Warenkorb legen“.
  • Click on the button „Zur Kasse gehen“.
  • Enter in the mask: Your name, a valid email address, your postcode.
  • Then please confirm the terms and conditions and that you are over 18 years old.
  • If you have a code, enter it now and then click the orange „Jetzt bezahlen“ button.
  • If you do not have a code, just click on the orange „Jetzt bezahlen“ button.


If you want to watch a film online:

  • Click on the left orange button „Verfügbar ... Tage verbleibend“.
  • Select which option applies to you: „Standardpreis“, „für Akkreditierte“ or „Festivalbesitzer*innen“.
  • Click on the button „In den Warenkorb legen“.
  • Click on the button „Zur Kasse gehen“.
  • Enter in the mask: Your name, a valid email address, your postcode.
  • Then please confirm the terms and conditions and that you are over 18 years old.
  • If you have a code, enter it now and then click the orange „Jetzt bezahlen“ button.
  • If you do not have a code, just click on the orange „Jetzt bezahlen“ button.
  • Now you can choose how you pay: You can pay with: Paypal, credit card, Giropay or Sofortüberweisung.
  • Enter your payment details in the pop-up window. Click on „Weiter".


Then:

  • Your ticket or the link to the film will be sent to the email address you provided.
  • In your email inbox, call up the email from "rausgegangen".


For the visit to the cinema:

  • The orange button "Download ticket" will take you to your ticket. You can either print this out or save it on a smartphone.
  • You will need the ticket to enter the cinema.


If you are going to see the film online:

  • The orange button "Download Ticket" will take you to the film.
  • From the first start of the film, it will be available for 48 hours.
