Anny Tubbs

Anny’s career began in law. Her focus on business ethics taught her the importance of communication and outreach. She decided to learn how media can spotlight constructive news. Anny attended film school and completed an MSc in Journalism and Media in Europe at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). She founded First Move Productions, directed several short documentaries and worked with a European news agency. She is now a multimedia producer, content creator and manages a course on Digital and Media in Europe at the VUB. She collaborates with film festivals in Belgium, Canada and Rwanda.
