Adam Weingrod

Adam's works have been screened in prominent film festivals such as Venice Film festival, DOC NYC, Fipadoc, Annecy, Clermont-Ferrand to name a few. "I See You" won several awards including best documentary up to 60 min at the Israeli Academy Awards 2024. "Spots Of Light" won the SMART award at Fipadoc 2024. Adam's first film "The Island" won several international awards such as Best Debut Film at the Verzio Human Rights Festival. Alongside filmmaking Adam works as a composer for various film projects and in 2023 he was nominated for the Israeli Academy Award for Best Original Music for the film "The Other Widow". Adam holds a B.A. from the Jazz Dept. of the Jerusalem Rubin Academy of Music and an M.F.A from the Steve Tisch TAU Film Dept.
