Rupert Jaud

RUPERT JAUD works as a sound designer for interactive and immersive narration. Trained as a media designer at Bayerischer Rundfunk (ARD), he studied Applied Theater Studies in Giessen and completed his education with an MA in Sound Design in Zurich. He teaches sound design at various art schools, including Zürcher Hochschule der Künste and Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt. As a freelance sound designer, he collaborates with contemporary artists on projects ranging from audio walks, films, and videos to XR installations and theater. Artists he has collaborated with include HellaLux, Caroline Creutzburg, Corinne Maier, F.Wiesel, Auftrag:Lorey, Bernhard Mikeska, and LIGNA.
